Pricing explained

What counts as attributed revenue

Plan limits are based on attributed bundle revenue. This is the most misread part of the pricing, so it is worth being precise: it is not your store's total sales.

The rule

A sale counts toward your plan only when both of these are true.

The order is paid

Draft, unpaid, cancelled, and abandoned orders never count. Attribution happens when Shopify confirms payment.

It contains bundle lines

Bundle lines are stamped with a line item property when the widget adds them to the cart. Only the value of those stamped lines is counted.

What does not count

  • Regular product purchases with no bundle involved — these contribute $0.
  • Unpaid, draft, cancelled, or abandoned orders.
  • The non-bundle portion of a mixed order. If a shopper buys a $60 bundle and a $200 unrelated product, $60 is attributed and the $200 is not.
  • Shipping and taxes.

Refunds are reversed

Refunds are deducted from your attributed total. If a bundle order is refunded, the revenue it contributed is removed rather than permanently consuming your plan allowance.

The app's Analytics page showing attributed bundle revenue for the current period, the plan usage meter against the revenue cap, and a table of best-performing bundles.
Analytics shows the attributed figure and how much of your plan's cap it uses, so there is never a surprise.

A worked example

A store does $80,000 in monthly sales. Bundles are live on three products and produce $6,200 of bundle lines across paid orders, of which $400 is later refunded.

Attributed revenue is $5,800 — not $80,000. That store needs the Scale plan at $19.99, not the largest tier.

What happens near the limit

At roughly 80% of your cap, a warning appears on Home and on the Plans page. At 100%, publishing new bundles is blocked and you are prompted to upgrade.

Bundles that are already live keep working and orders keep being tracked. The cap gates publishing, not your storefront — you will never lose sales because of it.

Why the app needs order access

Calculating this requires reading paid orders, which is why the app requests order read access. It reads line item values and the bundle marker property. It does not read or store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or addresses — see the privacy policy for the full description.

Where order access has not yet been granted or enabled, the app says so plainly rather than showing wrong numbers: Home displays a tracking banner, Analytics reads "waiting on order access", and attributed revenue stays at zero. Bundle authoring, checkout pricing, and billing are unaffected.
